Partner account only have access to data of child accounts who are linked to them; Child accounts only have access to their own data and no one else’s.

Each organisation’s instance of the GOJII platform is a separate instance, and no organisation can access the data of another organisation.

The GOJII platform itself is built on a platform which:

  • uses encryption at rest and in transit to protect data, with SHA-256 and AES-256 encryption (the same level that banks use);

  • is spread across multiple databases in multiple locations to avoid single points of failure or attack;

  • utilises data centres which are SOC 3 and ISO 27001 certified;

  • double encrypts and salt hashes passwords used by users;

  • encrypts and secures with SSL all data displayed and updated by users.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Changes To This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 18/1/19 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
