The cohort includes talent from a variety of levels, and we design mentoring pods to feature diverse ranges. This ensures a mix of perspectives, which adds tremendous value for both mentors and mentees.

Mentors are carefully selected from a pool of highly qualified individuals after mentees are confirmed. This allows us to prioritize matching within the same location whenever possible.

At the start of the relationship, each pod creates a mentoring contract to decide on the structure and format that work best for everyone. Mentors meet with the entire pod collectively at least once a month, but pods can choose to meet more frequently and include 1-on-1 sessions if they prefer.

Building rapport takes time, and we provide a framework to help mentors foster a safe and supportive environment. Additionally, we offer resources to spark meaningful conversations and encourage collaboration between mentors and mentees.

Many mentors remain in touch with their mentees after the program. Additionally, we’ve introduced a Mentee Alumni community, which gathers on a quarterly basis to foster ongoing connections.
