Founder Story
“I know what it’s like to feel unsupported and overlooked as a leader. I was expected to lead and contribute, while only a small portion of leaders received meaningful support. Left to figure things out on my own, it felt isolating and unfair. Everything changed when I found my own mentor—and it’s why I started Gojii. I wanted others to have access to that same kind of support.”
